No. 1
Pick a plot, or let us pick one. Give the house a name for its sign and choose a style. It takes a couple of minutes.

A long letter behind door 1, the dog in a Santa hat behind door 2. Take your time. You can change any door later.
No. 3
From 1 December, a new door opens at midnight their time. They don't need an app or an account. Just the link.
I have so many friends and family around the world, and this Christmas I won't be able to be with most of them. I still want them to feel I'm there. So I made a little house with a door for each day of December. It's my way of being there every morning, even from far away.
Yes, just online. Door 1 opens on 1 December, at midnight in their time zone, and door 24 on Christmas Eve. They open it in a web browser, wherever they live.
No. She just needs the link. It opens in any web browser, on a phone, a tablet or a computer. Nothing to install, no password to forget.
No. Send the link whenever you like and keep filling doors through December. If a door's day comes and it's still empty, they'll see a note saying you're still wrapping that one. Fill it later and it'll be there when they look again.
Nothing is lost. Once a door's day has come, it stays open. If they come back on the 10th, doors 1 to 10 are all waiting.
Yes. With your private edit link you can change any door at any time, even one they've already opened. Next time they open it, they'll see the new version.
At midnight in their time zone, not yours. Door 1 opens on 1 December, door 24 on 24 December. You pick their time zone when you build the house, and you can change it later in House settings.
Yes. Your edit page marks every door they've opened.
After the 24th, every door stays open and they can go back to any of them. The house stays online until 30 June next year. Then we delete it for good, doors and photos too, so save anything you want to keep before then. A house can't be carried over to next Christmas.
Yes. You pay once: €4.99 for a house on Cosy Lane, €14.99 on Main Street or €29.99 on Village Square. No subscription, nothing renews. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Anyone visiting the village can see your house's style, its country and the name on its sign. That's all. The doors and everything behind them can only be seen by someone with the link. So keep the house name sweet and nothing private.
It's in the email we sent when you paid. Can't find it? Type the email address you paid with on the "Email me my link" page and we'll send it again, with the link for every house you've built. It only ever goes to that inbox. Email me my link
Yes. Cancel within 14 days of buying, or any time before 1 December, and you get all your money back, even if you've filled doors. Write to us at hello@theadventvillage.com with the house name or plot number and the email you paid with. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days and usually much sooner. We take the house down, so the link stops working. How refunds work
